Two decades of practical experience as a consultant, expert, mediator, arbitrator, and speaker on legal issues relating to digital transformation, the digital and data economy, AI, competition, and innovation. Advisory board member for numerous institutions, companies and associations (including the board of the German Society for Law and Information Technology (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik, DGRI) and the scientific advisory board of the Society for Data Protection and Data Security (Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit, GDD)). Former professor at the Universities of Freiburg and Leipzig and judge (Chamber for IT and Copyright Law) at the Regional Court of Hamburg.
