Lukas Fleischer advises on data, IT and IT security law, in particular in connection with new tech developments. He also specializes in IT contract law and e-commerce law. He is an author for the juris PraxisReport IT-Recht and is currently completing his doctoral thesis at the University of Passau on a data protection law topic.
