Jonas Brunnbauer advises clients on national and international IT and data protection law, with a particular focus on advice on general GDPR compliance, employee data protection, the design of international data transfers and privacy related contracts. In addition, he supports clients in technology-driven M&A transactions. He also advises on internal investigations and the handling of data breaches. Prior joining BAUMGARTNER BAUMANN, he worked several years at leading international law firms.
